We made this Lucky Leprechaun Bento Lunch and my boys loved it! Super easy to make and the kids will love opening this up at school to celebrate St. Patrick’s Day!
Lucky Leprechaun Bento Lunch
Sandwich of Choice
1 Slice of Cheddar Cheese
Green Grapes
Edible Eyes
Rainbow Twizzlers
Homemade Shamrock Chips
1 Green Apple
Start out by cutting 2 slices of bread into circles using a round cookie cutter or kitchen scissors. Make any sandwich you want. Round out the bottom of a slice of cheddar to look like a beard. Cut around the inside and place on the top piece of bread. Cut the hair using scraps. We made the hat using green grapes. We also made a little shamrock on the hat using mini white heart candies. We cut a green grape in half for the nose. We used edible eyes and a Twizzler string for the mouth. We cut a small package of rainbow Twizzlers in half and placed them on the sides of the Leprechaun sandwich. We served with homemade clover chips found HERE and cut a shamrock shape on top of a green apple half.
Here is another fun Lucky Bento Lunch that we came up with…
