We hosted a Holiday dinner for Country Crock with some of our close friends. We love Country Crock and use lots of their products on a regular basis. My favorite of theirs lately is the Pumpkin Spice Butter. I use it on everything from spreading on pancakes to adding it to veggies, etc… We made lots of side recipes from the Country Crock recipe site for our gathering and everything turned out excellent!

Here is our dining room where we hosted our Country Crock dinner…

We started out making Country Crocks Roasted Red Pepper Dip. Very good and super easy to make!

Of course we had to make something fun and made a Grape Christmas Tree! The kids loved decorating and eating the tree!

We made Slow Cooker Scalloped Potatoes and they were SO good! This also saves so much time when preparing for a group.

These Green Beans with Crispy Crumbs were my favorite…

These Honey Cinnamon Sweet Potatoes are so easy to make and we loved them!

Everyone loved this Holiday Butternut Squash with Cranberries & Apples! The kids won’t even know they are eating squash!

This is the gang finishing up our meal…

Our friend Gene and my youngest stealing everyone’s rolls!

Here I am with my best friend Erinn..

My 9 year old came up with a fun idea for cheesecake. He made this cheesecake all by himself and thought it would be fun to make it into Santa Cheesecake! He cut marshmallows in half to decorate his pie slice and used strawberry topping to make the hat…I love his idea and it turned out so cute!

Here he is with his Santa Cheesecake!

We would like to thank Country Crock for having us host this Holiday dinner for them and we are new fans or their recipes!
