Peanut Butter Cup Cheesecake Brownies are the perfect dessert mashup that brings together brownies, cheesecake and to top it off, Reese’s pieces.
If you add Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups to pretty much anything and I’m all in. So much so, that we have put it in a lot of recipes over here. Why not? My top favorite are No-Bake Reese’s Cookies, Peanut Butter Cup Christmas Trees and Teddy Bear Cupcakes.

Peanut Butter Cup Cheesecake Brownies
To make this delicious recipe, we are starting off with a box of your favorite brownie mix. Go grab your favorite or just use whatever you’ve got in your pantry and add in the eggs, water and oil like usual.
How To Make Cheesecake Brownies
Merging together brownies and cheesecake is quite simple to do! In the brownie mix we have prepared, we include cream cheese, vanilla and sweetened condensed milk and butter. Because we made this one for chocolate and peanut butter lovers, we added Reese’s peanut butter cups and smooth peanut butter.
Tips for Peanut Butter Cup Cheesecake Brownies
- Make these the night before. They need time to set up before you add the topping.
- Be sure to line your pan with parchment paper. It can be tricky to get these out if you don’t!
- Get creative! Add some more toppings if you’d like. For instance maybe coconut or white chocolate chips.
Reese’s Pieces Topping
This is my favorite part! Melt together chocolate chips and peanut butter and smooth it on the dessert like icing.
Then, melt a little more peanut butter to use as a drizzle before sprinkling Reese’s pieces over top. You can use them whole or crunch them into tiny bits. This adds more PB flavor and a little crunch on top.
