How to Make Crescent Roll Pizza

  • Preheat the oven to 375 degrees.
  • Remove the crescent rolls from the package. Unroll the dough.
  • Starting at the wide end, cover the triangle with pepperoni. Then place 1/2 a stick of mozzarella at the widest end.

  • Bake the pizza roll, for 15 minutes, on a ungreased cookie sheet.
  • Serve with pizza sauce on the side.

Crescent Roll Pizza

Ingredients
  

  • 2 (8 ounce) crescent rolls canned, (16 total)
  • 4 Tablespoons salted butter melted and divided
  • 3/4 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 8 mozzarella cheese sticks cut in half (16 pieces total)
  • 6 ounces pepperoni slices
  • dried parsley for topping (optional)
  • Pizza Sauce for dipping optional

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
  • Unroll the crescent roll dough and brush each triangle with 2 Tablespoons of melted butter. Sprinkle each of the triangles with oregano.
  • Place 3 slices of pepperoni on the larger end of each triangle. Add a cheese stick half to each triangle on top of the pepperoni.
  • Fold the sides in over the cheese and pepperoni and then roll up and pinch to seal the seams.
  • Place on the prepared baking sheet at least 2 inches apart and brush all over with 1 Tablespoon of melted butter.
  • Bake for 12 to 15 minutes until the rolls are golden brown. Remove from the oven and brush the tops with the remaining butter and garnish with parsley.
  • Serve with pizza sauce for dipping.
