We made this Princess Pie using Pillsbury pie crust, blueberry pie filling, egg white, and pink sprinkles.
We assembled the pie according to the directions on the box. We used blueberry filling because it looks purple and that goes well with pink. We have mini star cookie cutters so we cut out the stars with those. We also cut out the crown and wands AFTER the pie crust was already on top. Otherwise you will not be able to transfer it.
We beat 1 egg white and spread that on the top of the pie crust. We added pink sprinkles just on top of the wands and crown. We just added a small amount, but I bet it would look really pretty if you added a lot of the pink sprinkles.
Bake according to the directions on the box and there you go…Princess Pie!
