These Spring cookie bars are so much fun. They taste amazing and can be made into any colors and tastes you want. I love desserts that are yummy and don’t need to look really pretty. All that counts is how it tastes!

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs (you can make your own OR they actually make a box of crumbs already made for you!)
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 14 oz can Sweetened Condensed Milk
  • 1 cups chocolate chips
  • 1 1/2 cups M&M white chocolate Candies
  • 1 1/3 cups flaked coconut
  • 1 cup walnuts

Directions

  1. Pre-heat the oven to 350°F.
  2. Spray a 13 x 9-inch baking pan with non-stick baking spray.
  3. Melt your butter.
  4. In a small bowl add graham cracker crumbs and butter.
  5. Stir to combine.
  6. Press into bottom of prepared pan.
  7. Pour the sweetened condensed milk over graham crackers.
  8. Layer with coconut, chocolate chips, M&M candies and nuts.
  9. Bake for 25 minutes.
  10. Remove from the oven and place on a wire rack to cool for at least one hour.
  11. Enjoy.

The fun thing about these is that besides the basic bar ingredients, you can add or take away things you don’t like (like coconut or almonds for example). A few other fun variations might be marshallows or sprinkles!
