These Spring cookie bars are so much fun. They taste amazing and can be made into any colors and tastes you want. I love desserts that are yummy and don’t need to look really pretty. All that counts is how it tastes!

Spring Cookie Bars
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs (you can make your own OR they actually make a box of crumbs already made for you!)
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 14 oz can Sweetened Condensed Milk
- 1 cups chocolate chips
- 1 1/2 cups M&M white chocolate Candies
- 1 1/3 cups flaked coconut
- 1 cup walnuts
Directions
- Pre-heat the oven to 350°F.
- Spray a 13 x 9-inch baking pan with non-stick baking spray.
- Melt your butter.
- In a small bowl add graham cracker crumbs and butter.
- Stir to combine.
- Press into bottom of prepared pan.
- Pour the sweetened condensed milk over graham crackers.
- Layer with coconut, chocolate chips, M&M candies and nuts.
- Bake for 25 minutes.
- Remove from the oven and place on a wire rack to cool for at least one hour.
- Enjoy.
The fun thing about these is that besides the basic bar ingredients, you can add or take away things you don’t like (like coconut or almonds for example). A few other fun variations might be marshallows or sprinkles!
