Our blog turns 3 & we are celebrating with these Tiny Cookie Birthday Cake Pops! We had a package of mini lollipop sticks & these were the perfect treat to make with them. We think these mini treats would be so fun to make to celebrate birthday parties at school or for cute treats for parties at home as well. These are so easy to make!!

We just want to thank every single one of you for following along with us! We greatly appreciate your constant support with your wonderful comments & sharing our fun food creations. It’s crazy to think that we have made way over 500 original fun food creations in the past 3 years!! We are definitely convinced that we have had the best readers for the past 3 years. We hope that you have enjoyed looking & creating our fun food ideas for your kids as well!

Tiny Cookie Birthday Cake Pops

Mini Vanilla Wafers (we like Keebler)
Wilton Confetti & Rainbow Sprinkles
Fruit Roll Ups
Vanilla Candiquik
Yellow Chocolate Covered Sunflower Seeds
Mini Lollipop Sticks

Start out by making a hole in each mini wafer using a knife. Poke in the top & then twist until you get to the bottom. Thread 3 of them on a mini lollipop stick leaving a bit of the stick open at the top (this will be the candle). Melt your vanilla candy coating in the microwave according to directions. Then add a little bit of the chocolate on the bottom so it doesn’t move. This will dry very quickly.

Then you can spoon the rest on around the sides & top. We placed ours in styrofoam to stand up & dry. Then you want to add a little more melted chocolate on just the top. This way you can pour on the sprinkles & it will only stick to the top. We added on a thin strip of chocolate around the top & bottom. Then we attached on our confetti sprinkles. We cut small pieces of fruit roll up & wrapped around the top of the stick for the candle. Then we attached a yellow candy coated sunflower seed on top using the melted chocolate.

Here is a close up….

Normally we take our annual picture to put up on our blog, but my 3 year old is in a spica cast from a broken femur bone. Here are my 2 older boys laying down with their little brother with their Tiny Cookie Birthday Cake Pops to celebrate our blogiversary!! They absolutely loved these pops & they were so fun to make!

We also want to thank a few other blogs that really helped us get our name out there when we first started our blog 3 years ago. This has opened up so many opportunities for us working with brands, meeting lots of new friends, & we have loved every minute of it! There are really too many of you to thank, but just know that we appreciate every single one of you!

A BIG thanks to….
