Valentine Shrimp Salad with Heart Biscuits

We have salad night once a week for dinner and my boys are never happy about it. I always try to make something fun with salads to cheer them up about eating that dreadful spinach!:) We came up with this fun Valentine Shrimp Salad with Heart Biscuits last night. Super easy to make and this did put a smile on my boys faces! They also ate all of it!

Valentine Shrimp Salad with Heart Biscuits

Spinach Leaves
Baby Carrots
Grape Tomatoes
Avocado
Hard Boiled Eggs
Popcorn Shrimp (we like Gorton’s)
1 Can of Pillsbury Biscuits

Wash the spinach and shape the leaves into a heart on a plate. We cut a slit in the top of our baby carrots and then cut down the edges using a knife. We cut the carrot into slices with the shape of a heart. We cut the tomatoes in half and cut off one corner of each. This will make a tomato heart when you put them together. We did the same for the hard boiled eggs. We placed on the popcorn shrimp into heart shapes and also cut out hearts from the avocado.

We used a heart cookie cutter to shape our biscuits and baked as directed.

Super easy to make and the kids will love it!
