Valentine S'more Pops
Most of you that have been following our blog for awhile know how my kids just LOVE s’more pops…we make a lot of them! We thought it would be fun to make Valentine S’mores using a heart cookie cutter.

For our love pops we used graham crackers, pink large and small marshmallows, red and chocolate cookie frosting, and lollipop sticks.

We first found a cookie cutter to fit onto a graham cracker square. We cut out 2 heart shapes…

Then cut the large pink marshmallows in half with kitchen scissors. We squeezed our Betty Crocker chocolate cookie frosting on the inside of the heart cut out. Place 3 marshmallow halves on the frosting. Squeeze the frosting on the other heart cut out and place on top. Let it dry. Push the lollipop stick through the marhmallows when they are completely dry.

We decorated one of them by cutting small pink marshmallows and attaching them with frosting around the edges of the heart. We used red cookie frosting for the other one and cut out a arrow from the graham cracker scraps.

Here they are with side views…

There are so many ways you could decorate these. You could also write Be Mine, etc…with chocolate, decorate with mini chocolate chips, or even spray them with red or pink color spray. Just use what you have and let the kids have fun making their own!
