St. Patrick’s Day Cupcakes
We came up with 4 different St. Patrick’s Day cupcakes this year. I made them for the boys classes. We made a BUNCH of them!
The one with the hat is made with some extra fondant that I had.
I tried to go with a pot of gold look. I cut up yellow gum drops for the gold. It’s frosted with chocolate frosting and I piped on the clouds with white frosting. The rainbow is sour airheads.
I just used some Lucky Charms cereal marshmallows on the white ones. I only used shamrocks…rainbows..and horse shoes.
For the shamrock cupcakes I rolled out green gum drops and cut them out with a shamrock cookie cutter. I also cut out a green fruit roll to put under it to brighten it up.
I love how you made them all different — you're such a talented and fun mommy!!
