Fried Ice Cream

Quick & Easy "Fried" Ice Cream!

This recipe lets you enjoy all of the crunchy, creamy flavors of fried ice cream – without the frying!

Combine the Ingredients

Melt butter in a skillet. Add cornflakes and cinnamon.

Toast

Toast the cornflakes until golden. Don't forget to stir! Add sugar and allow to cool.

Scoop the Ice Cream

Portion out scoops of vanilla ice cream.

Coat the Ice Cream

Roll the ice cream in the toasted cornflakes mixture to coat.

Serve!

Chill your "fried" ice cream in the freezer, then serve with whipped cream and a cherry.
