Brown the ground beef and ground sausage, then drain.
Toss the cheese, red pepper flakes, garlic powder, Worcestershire sauce, and oregano into the skillet.
Set the skillet on medium-low and allow the cheese to melt. Then spread the mixture on top of bread.
