Mix the yeast with warm water and set it aside to activate.
Mix together the dough ingredients with the activated yeast.
Let the dough rise for 30 minutes, punch it down, then cover and refrigerate.
Roll out and cut the dough into triangles. Starting at the wider end, roll each triangle into a crescent.
Place the finished rolls on a baking sheet.
Cover the baking sheet with a towel. Let the rolls rise until doubled in size.
Bake at 375°F for 7-10 minutes, then brush the rolls with melted butter.
