In a large bowl, combine and mix the red velvet cookie dough.
Next, add the chocolate chips and marshmallows and stir to combine.
Fold crushed candy canes into the dough, then chill for 20 minutes.
Scoop balls of cookie dough onto a baking sheet. Bake at 410ºF for 8-11 minutes.
Whisk together the icing and spread it over the cookies. Add toppings, and drizzle over more icing.
Leave these special chocolate chip cookies out for Santa, and don't forget a tall glass of milk!
