This Olive Garden copycat recipe is made with Italian sausage, crispy bacon, potatoes, and kale in a creamy broth.

You'll only need Italian sausage, bacon, and a few other simple ingredients to make this easy recipe.

What You'll Need

Start by cooking the bacon in a large pot until nice and crispy on both sides. Then set aside.

Next, add in your Italian sausage and diced onion. Cook for 5 minutes, then add in the garlic.

Simmer

Now, pour in the chicken broth and potatoes, and simmer for 10 minutes.

Add the Kale

Next, stir in your chopped kale and cook for about 1-2 minutes.

Add the Bacon

Next, return most of the chopped bacon to the pot, as well as heavy cream. Cook for 2-3 minutes.
