Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
In a medium frying pan or skillet melt 2 tablespoons of butter over medium heat.
Whisk the eggs with the cajun seasoning.
Add your eggs to the pan and stir until cooked through and scrambled.
Slice your rolls in half and lay the bottom half in a 9x13 baking dish.
Lay out 4 slices of cheese on top of the rolls.
Next layer the eggs all over the top.
Fold your ham slices and place them on top of the eggs.
Next, add the remaining slices of cheese on top of the ham.
Place the top rolls on top of everything.
In a medium mixing bowl melt the remaining 6 tablespoons of butter.
To the butter add the dijon mustard, worcheshire sauce, everything bagel seasoning, and the poppy seeds, stir to combine.
Spoon the butter mixture all over the tops of the rolls.
Place the dish into the oven and bake for 15 minutes until the tops are golden.
Let cool slightly, cut to separate each roll, and serve!
