Sweet Potato Tater Tot Casserole

As we head towards the holidays like Thanksgiving and Christmas, it's a must to have a dish that will impress. This Sweet Potato Tater Tot Casserole is made with sweet potato puffs, marshmallows, brown sugar, cinnamon, and crushed pretzels.

Ingredients

  • 2 bags Alexia Sweet Potato Puffs Frozen
  • 1 large bag Marshmallows

Instructions

  • Place the Sweet Potato Puffs in an 8 X 8 Foil Pan.  In a large bowl, combine the Brown Sugar, Flour, Cinnamon, Crushed Pretzels, and Butter, until well mixed.
  • Sprinkle half of the Streusel mixture on top of the Puffs, and place the pan in the Air Fryer for 10 minutes, at 350 degrees.
  • Remove the tray from the Air Fryer, and stir the Sweet Potato Puffs and Streusel until mixed well. Even out the Puffs to one layer in the pan, top with the Marshmallows, and sprinkle the remaining Streusel on top.
  • Place back in the Air Fryer for another 10 minutes, or until the Marshmallows are melted, golden brown, and a little crispy on top.  Remove from the Air Fryer, Serve and Enjoy!
