Prepare your sugar cookies according the to package directions and cool completely. Divide your white frosting into 4 small bowls. Mix in your desired food coloring.

Spread the frosting on top of the cookies. Cut a marshmallow in half. Place the marshmallow halves on the bottom of the cookie like this.

Attach your candy sprinkles on top of the marshmallow using the frosting. Press on a mini marshmallow for the bunny tail.
