Ingredients

  • 1 lb Brussels Sprouts 453.59 g
  • 1 tbsp Olive Oil 14.79 ml
  • 1/2 tsp Salt 1 g
  • 1/2 tsp Pepper 1 g
  • 2 tbsp Honey 32 g
  • 1 tbsp Balsamic Vinegar 14.70 ml

Instructions

  • Preheat your air fryer to 400 degrees F (or 204 degrees C).
  • Cut the Brussels Sprouts in half and place them in a large mixing bowl.
  • Once all of the Brussels Sprouts have been cut in half, drizzle the olive oil, honey, and balsamic vinegar over top. Season with salt and pepper. Toss to coat so all of the Brussels Sprouts are fully coated.
  • Reduce the heat of your air fryer to 350 degrees F (or 177 degrees C) and place the prepared Brussels Sprouts in a single layer in the basket of your air fryer. Depending on the size of your air fryer basket, you may need to cook your Brussels Sprouts in 2 shifts.
  • Cook for 6 minutes then remove the air fryer basket and shake the Brussels Sprouts to help flip them over making sure that every sprout is cooking evenly.
  • Cook for 4 more minutes and shake the basket again.
  • Cook for 2 more minutes and then turn them out onto a plate and serve immediately.
