Christmas Cookies from Cookie Mix in a Jar

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter melted
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Cookie Mix in a Jar

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F.
  • In a large bowl, mix together unsalted butter, eggs, and vanilla extract together until well combined. Carefully fold in ingredients from Cookies in a Jar and mix. Be careful when mixing together to not crush M&M’s. The colors will bleed some into the dough.
  • Chill dough in the refrigerator for 1 hour before baking. Using a cookie scoop, scoop out about 1 ½ tablespoons of dough and roll to make dough balls. Place on a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper.
  • Bake cookies for 7-9 minutes or until the edges of the cookie are set.
