Reuben Dip

With all of the traditional flavors of the sandwich, this Reuben Dip is creamy and savory and everything you love about a Reuben. It’s a tasty hot dip that is perfect for any special occasion or event or just to enjoy at home on a relaxing weekend!

Ingredients

  • 1 8 ounce package cream cheese softened
  • 6 ounces deli corned beef chopped
  • 1 cup Swiss cheese shredded
  • cup sauerkraut drained
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • ¼ cup Thousand Island salad dressing

For serving:

  • Rye chips
  • Sturdy crackers/chips
  • Veggies like carrots, celery

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 400 degrees. Coat an 8x8 pan with cooking spray. Set aside.
  • In a large bowl, mix together cream cheese, sour cream and dressing until smooth.
  • Add corned beef, sauerkraut, and cheese and mix until combined.
  • Evenly spread mixture into the prepared pan.
  • Bake for 25-30 minutes, until hot and bubbly. Cool slightly and serve with crackers, chips or fresh veggies.
