  • In a bow, mix together the cornstarch and baking soda.
  • Then add Vick’s VapoRub and mix until it is well combined. The mixture will be loose and crumbly. Then add in lavender essential oil and mix well until combined.
  • Add in water to the mixture, ½ tablespoon at a time. Continue to mix until the mixture becomes a paste. You want to make sure you don’t add in too much water.
  • This step is optional, mix in a few drops of purple food coloring and mix well.
  • Place in a cylinder silicone mold and place into the freezer for a few hours to harden. You can also leave it on the counter overnight to dry out completely. Store in an airtight container and use as needed.
