Cheesy Garlic Bread

Ingredients

  • 1 loaf French Bread sliced in half lengthwise.
  • 1.4 cup butter softened
  • 2 Teaspoons minced garlic
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 4 ounces Mozzarella and Provolone shredded mixture
  • 4 ounces Colby Jack and Mozzarella shredded mixture.
  • Chopped fresh parsley.
  • Dried Oregano

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.
  • Take the ¼ cup (or half a stick) of butter and place it in a microwave-safe bowl.
  • Soften the butter.
  • To the butter, add the garlic, salt and parmesan cheese, stir to combine.
  • Using a butter knife of spatula, divide the mixture evenly between the two halves of bread and spread to cover the entire side of each bread half.
  • Sprinkle a pinch of fresh parsley and dried oregano over the bread.
  • Divide the mozzarella and provolone cheese between the two halves and spread evenly.
  • Divide the Colby Jack mixture and spread evenly on top of the mozzarella and provolone.
  • Line a baking sheet with foil or parchment and bake for 10-12 minutes or until the cheese is melted and the edges begin to brown.
