Cheesy Garlic Bread

- 1 loaf French Bread sliced in half lengthwise.
- 1.4 cup butter softened
- 2 Teaspoons minced garlic
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 4 ounces Mozzarella and Provolone shredded mixture
- 4 ounces Colby Jack and Mozzarella shredded mixture.
- Chopped fresh parsley.
- Dried Oregano
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.
Take the ¼ cup (or half a stick) of butter and place it in a microwave-safe bowl.
Soften the butter.
To the butter, add the garlic, salt and parmesan cheese, stir to combine.
Using a butter knife of spatula, divide the mixture evenly between the two halves of bread and spread to cover the entire side of each bread half.
Sprinkle a pinch of fresh parsley and dried oregano over the bread.
Divide the mozzarella and provolone cheese between the two halves and spread evenly.
Divide the Colby Jack mixture and spread evenly on top of the mozzarella and provolone.
Line a baking sheet with foil or parchment and bake for 10-12 minutes or until the cheese is melted and the edges begin to brown.
