- 3/4 cup butter, softened
- 3/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 (3.4 oz) package instant white chocolate pudding mix, dry
- 3/4 cup white cake mix, dry
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 2 1/4 cups flour
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup jimmy sprinkles
- 1/2 cup mini rainbow sprinkle chocolate chips
Preheat the oven to 350 F. Cream together the butter and sugars.
Add in pudding package and the ¾ cup of cake mix and beat until well blended. Add eggs and vanilla and mix until smooth.
Stir together flour, salt and baking soda. Add the flour in slowly until combined. Pour in your sprinkles.
Roll into 1" balls and place on greased (or lined with mats) baking sheet. Press the mini rainbow chips on the top of the cookie balls.
Bake for about 10 minutes. Let them sit for about 4 minutes to set before you remove them.
