  • 8 oz cream cheese, room temperature
  • 1/2 C unsalted sweet cream butter softened
  • 2 tbsp light brown sugar
  • 3/4 C Powder sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 C Cadbury Mini Eggs candies crushed


  1. Using a standing mixer beat cream cheese and butter together until smooth
  2. Add the brown sugar, powder sugar, and vanilla until well combined.
  3. Mix in Cadbury Mini Eggs candies with a spatula.
  4. Scoop cheesecake batter into piping bag and pipe into a serving bowl.
  5. Top with more crushed Cadbury eggs
