Ingredients:

  • 4 large boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 1.25 ounces taco seasoning packet
  • 1 ounce ranch dressing mix packet
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • hard taco shells

TOPPINGS:

  • shredded iceberg lettuce
  • shredded cheese of your choice
  • sour cream
  • cilantro

Instructions

Directions:

  • Lay chicken breasts in the bottom of a slow cooker and season with taco seasoning and ranch dressing mix. Pour chicken broth over chicken breasts and place the lid on the slow cooker.
  • Cook on LOW for 4-6 hours. Use two forks to shred chicken and serve shredded chicken in hard taco shells. Top with your desired toppings.
