Toffee Chocolate Chip Cookies

Chewy, Rich and Loaded with Toffee, Chocolate and Pecans

Ingredients

  • 6 Tbsp. salted butter softened
  • 1/3 cup light brown sugar
  • 1/3 granulated white sugar
  • 1 large egg
  • 2 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp. cornstarch
  • 1/2 tsp. baking soda
  • 3/4 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup toffee bits
  • 1/2 cup pecans chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Cream butter and sugars in a large bowl until fluffy.
  3. Add egg and vanilla extract and beat until smooth.
  4. Stir in flour, cornstarch, and baking soda and mix until combined.
  5. Fold in chocolate chips, toffee bits, and pecans.

  6. Roll dough into 1-2 inch balls and place on prepared baking sheet.
  7. Bake for 11 to 12 minutes.
  8. Let cool for about 1 minute before moving to cooling rack.
  9. Cool completely before eating.
