Ingredients

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
  • In the mixing bowl of a stand mixer, add the butter, brown sugar, sugar, and Vanilla, and mix until well blended.
  • Add the egg, and blend.
  • Add the flour, baking soda and salt, and blend into the dough until well mixed.
  • Remove the mixing bowl, and gently fold in the chocolate chips, white chocolate chips, and the sprinkles until well blended into the dough.
  • The dough will be soft, so just pull enough for a large cookie, roll it into a ball, and place it on a parchment lined cookie sheet.
  • Sprinkle the tops of the cookies with the sprinkles, and bake for 13 to 15 minutes, or until the cookies are golden brown around the edges.
  • Remove from the oven, and leave them on the cookie sheet to cool.
  • When cooled, serve immediately, or store in an airtight container until time to serve.

Notes

If you don't want to make large cookies, you'll probably get 18 to 20 smaller cookies (regular size) from this recipe. You can double the recipe and make a double batch or triple batch if you need more than a dozen large cookies.
