  • 1 lb fresh brussel sprouts- rinsed and dried
  • 1 large granny smith apple
  • ¼ cup dried cranberries
  • ½ cup pomegranate seeds
  • ¼ sliced almonds
  • 1 ½ ounces crumbled feta cheese

Directions for salad:

  • To prepare the brussel sprouts, use a sharp knife to cut off the ends and discard. Then slice the sprouts as thinly as possible.
  • Chop or slice the granny smith apple.
  • Combine all salad ingredients in a large bowl and toss to combine.

Directions for salad dressing:

  • Combine all ingredients in a small bowl and whisk together until well combined.

Notes

Almonds can be substituted for any nuts.
The mustard can be yellow or Dijon, whichever you prefer.
