Preheat the oven to 350º F. and line two large cookie sheets with parchment paper.
In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the cookie mix and cocoa powder until combined.
Using a hand or stand mixer, beat in the large eggs and butter until a thick but soft dough forms. Scrape down the sides and bottom of the bowl with a spatula as necessary to combine all ingredients evenly.
Fold the dried cherries, white chocolate chips and semi-sweet chocolate chips into the dough.
Use a 1 1⁄2 Tablespoon cookie scoop to scoop out the dough and roll into balls.
Place the cookie balls evenly across the cookie sheet, about 1-2 inches apart from each other and the sides.
Bake for 8-11 minutes or until the edges are set and the middle no longer looks wet.
Remove from the oven and allow to cool for at least 5 minutes before moving to a rack to cool completely or serving warm.
