Lay the wings out on waxed paper, and sprinkle the wings with garlic salt, and seasoned salt.
In a medium dish, add the milk and egg, and beat together until well blended.
In another medium dish, add the flour, corn starch, and cornmeal, and mix well.
Add the onion powder, garlic powder, and paprika to the flour mixture, and mix until well blended.
Dip the wings in the milk/egg dish, and then roll in the flour dish until well coated.
Place the coated wings in the air fryer, and spray with the spray olive oil.
Turn the air fryer on, and set the temperature to 375, and set the time to 12 minutes.
When the air fryer is done, turn the wings, and spray the wings lightly with the spray olive oil, and cook for 12 more minutes.
When the wings are done cooking, pour half of the Sweet Chili Sauce into a large bowl, and place the wings in the chili sauce, tossing and coating them.
Remove the wings from the sauce with tongs, and place on a platter, or plates, and serve immediately.
Top with sesame seeds sprinkled on top of wings, and green onions. Enjoy!
