Watergate Cookies
If you love the flavor of Watergate Salad, you are going to love these Watergate Cookies. These are moist chewy cookies that have all the flavors of the traditional Watergate Salad. These cookies are incredibly easy to make and the flavor is fantastic.

Ingredients
- 1 box yellow cake mix
- 1 - 4 serving size pistachio pudding
- ½ C unsweetened shredded coconut
- ½ C chopped pecans
- 2 large eggs
- ½ C canola oil
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees and line a cookie sheet with parchment paper
- Using a mixing bowl, beat together all ingredients until combined
- Scoop some cookie dough onto the parchment paper and bake in the oven for 10-12 minutes or until the cookies are lightly browned
