Place one cake layer onto the cake board and cut the dome off the cake
to make an even layer
Repeat step with other two layers
Scoop 1 C of white frosting onto the bottom layer and spread evenly
Evenly spread some chopped twinkies onto the layer of frosting and
lightly press into the frosting
Place the second cake layer on top and spread evenly 1 more cup of
frosting and evenly spread remaining chopped twinkies onto the
frosting layer
Place the last layer of cake on top
Use the remaining white frosting and frost entire cake
Remove the film from the vanilla frosting container and place into the
microwave for about 30 - 45 seconds or until almost a thick liquid.
Pour some of the frosting into the squeeze bottle
Using the squeeze bottle, pipe drips along the side of the cake
Using the piping bag, pipe dollops of frosting onto the top of the cake
Place the cut twinkies in between each dollop of frosting
