Christmas Sugar Cookie Fudge

- 24 ounces White Chocolate - melted
- 12 smashed Sugar Cookies
- 1 can Sweetened Condensed Milk - 14 ounce
- 1 Red and Green M & M's
- Christmas Sprinkle Mix
- 1 package of White Chocolate chips
Melt the White Chocolate in the microwave at 15-second intervals, and stir until smooth. Place the Sugar Cookies in a food processor, and pulse them until their fine crumbs, and add to the melted chocolate. Add the Sweetened Condensed Milk, and stir until completely blended. Spray an 8 X 8 pan with Cooking Spray, and then line the bottom of the pan with Parchment paper. Pour the fudge into the pan, and spread to smooth, with a Spatula. Sprinkle the M & M's on top, White Chocolate chips, and sprinkle the Christmas Sprinkle Mix on top of the Fudge. Place the Fudge in the refrigerator overnight.
When ready to serve, cut into 1-inch pieces, serve, and Enjoy!
