Chocolate Ganache ingredients

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350 and spray a 9x13 baking pan with baking spray.
  • Using a medium bowl, place the butter into the microwave and melt according to the directions on your microwave.
  • Using a large bowl, whisk together the melted butter, oil, and sugars.
  • Whisk in the eggs and 2 tsp of vanilla extract.
  • Using a large bowl whisk together the flour, cocoa, salt, and baking powder.
  • Gradually whisk in the dry ingredients into the wet.
  • Fold in the chocolate chips.
  • Pour batter into the baking pan and bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  • Allow to cool completely.

Ganache

  • Using a small pot, bring the heavy cream to a boil.
  • Pour over the chocolate chips in a medium bowl and let sit for 1 minute.
  • Whisk until smooth.
  • Spread evenly onto the brownies.
  • Sprinkle Valentine's Day Sprinkles on top of the ganache.
  • Allow the ganache to set before cutting into bars and enjoying with a large glass of milk!
