Begin by opening gelatin packets into a bowl, pouring 2 cups of water on top of the gelatin, and let bloom for 5 minutes.
Heat 2 cups of water in the microwave until they are boiling, pour over gelatin, and stir until dissolved.
Next measure 1 cup sweetened condensed milk and pour over gelatin and stir until combined.
Use a small ladle or spoon and fill half of your cup with gelatin.
Sit cup at an angle, inside another cup, and repeat. I let stand for at least 45 minutes until gelatin was firm.
Next divide gelatin into smaller bowls, about 1/3 cup each bowl.
Color gelatin in desired colors and pour one color on top of the white gelatin layer and tilt to the opposite side.
Let stand 30 minutes until gelatin is firm.
When gelatin is firm, pour the third colored layer on top and let stand for 30 minutes in the refrigerator.
Top with whipped cream and sprinkles. Enjoy!
