- 1 cup blueberries frozen
- 3 bananas divided
- ¾ cup milk
- Toppings for the smoothie bowl such as fresh berries, granola, and chia seeds
Blend the cup of frozen blueberries, 2 and a half bananas, and milk in a blender until smooth.
Pour the blended smoothie into a bowl. Slice the remaining half of the banana and place it on top of the smoothie bowl. Add your remaining toppings and serve immediately, enjoy!
Store leftover smoothie in the refrigerator for up to 3 days in a covered container.
Any milk can be used, whole milk will make for a creamier smoothie. Vegan milk works well too.
For a thinner smoothie bowl, add a few extra tablespoons of milk until you reach your desired consistency.
