Caramel Apple Dip

There's nothing like the taste of a freshly dipped caramel apple. And this Caramel Apple Dip makes it even better! Made with real caramel and using fresh apples, this dip is perfect for any fall occasion.

Ingredients

  • 1 8-oz. block cream cheese room temperature
  • 13 oz. thick caramel dip
  • ½ cup confectioners’ sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ½ cup toffee bits

Instructions

  • In a medium mixing bowl, beat the block of cream cheese until smooth.
  • Add the caramel dip, confectioners’ sugar, and vanilla to the cream cheese. Beat well until thoroughly combined.
  • Pour the mixture into a small serving dish, and spread evenly.
  • Generously top the dip with the toffee bits.
  • Eat immediately or chilled.

Notes

Store in refrigerator in an airtight container for up to seven days.
Chopped peanuts or mini chocolate chips can be used in place of toffee bits.
Homemade caramel can also be used in place of store-bought caramel.
