Ingredients

  • 1 8oz. can Red Gold tomato sauce
  • 1/2 tsp minced garlic
  • 1/2 tsp dried oregano
  • 1/2 tsp teaspoon dried basil
  • 12 mini flour tortillas
  • 52 mini pepperoni
  • 8 oz shredded mozzarella cheese

Instructions

  • Pre-heat your oven to 425 degrees. Pour your tomato sauce into a small bowl. Add the basil, oregano, and minced garlic. Mix until well blended.
  • Press your mini tortillas into your muffin pan like this. The sides will be bunched up, but that's fine.
  • Add a pinch of shredded cheese into each tortilla.
  • Then add 2 spoonfuls of the sauce in each cup.
  • Add the remaining shredded cheese on top.
  • Bake in your pre-heated oven for 12-15 minutes or until cheese is melted and lightly browned.
  • Wait for pizzas to cool, and remove from muffin tin using a fork or knife. Pizzas should pop out with ease!
  • Now they are ready to serve. They are best when they are served warm.
