White Chocolate Funfetti Pudding Cookies

These White Chocolate Funfetti Pudding Cookies are loaded with rainbow chocolate chips & sprinkles! Seriously one of the best tasting cookies EVER! They are SO soft & delicious. They turn out perfect every single time!

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup butter, softened
  • 3/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 (3.4 oz) package instant white chocolate pudding mix, dry
  • 3/4 cup white cake mix, dry
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 2 1/4 cups flour
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup jimmy sprinkles
  • 1/2 cup mini rainbow sprinkle chocolate chips

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350 F. Cream together the butter and sugars.
  • Add in pudding package and the ¾ cup of cake mix and beat until well blended. Add eggs and vanilla and mix until smooth.
  • Stir together flour, salt and baking soda. Add the flour in slowly until combined. Pour in your sprinkles.
  • Roll into 1" balls and place on greased (or lined with mats) baking sheet. Press the mini rainbow chips on the top of the cookie balls.
  • Bake for about 10 minutes. Let them sit for about 4 minutes to set before you remove them.
