Red Velvet Valentine Cookies are a great dessert to make for the holiday. These cookies are moist and chewy just like a good cookie should be!

Red Velvet White Chocolate Chip Cookies

Ingredients

  • 1 16.5-ounce box red velvet cake mix
  • 1/3 C canola oil
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 C nestle white chocolate chips
  • 2 C pink and red sugar sprinkles

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350 and line two large cookie sheets with parchment paper and set aside.
  • Using a standing mixer, beat together the cake mix, oil, and eggs until fully combined.
  • Place dough into the fridge to harden for 30 minutes
  • Remove from fridge after the 30 minutes is up and scoop two tablespoon sized balls of cookie dough into your hand and roll into a ball
  • Add sprinkles into a bowl and roll dough ball into the sprinkles
  • Place onto the cookie sheet and repeat steps for 12 more cookies
  • Place cookie sheet into the oven for 8 minutes
  • Remove from oven and place chocolate chips onto the top of the cookies
  • Place back into the oven for another 2 minutes then allow to cool completely on a wire rack
  • Repeat steps with remaining dough
