Preheat oven to 225 degrees
In a standing mixer, combine the egg whites and cream of tartar
Mix until soft peaks start to form
Continue to mix while alternating between the two sugars, add 1 TBSP at a time, ending with powder sugar
Continue to mix until stiff peaks form
Scoop 1/2 cup of the meringue into a bowl and add a few drops of green food coloring and mix until combined
Scoop into one piping bag
Scoop the rest of the meringue into the second piping bag.
Cut the tip off the piping bag and pipe out an egg shape onto the cookie sheet.
Depending on how big you pipe the eggs, you can about 6-12 onto a cookie sheet
Cut the tip off the green piping bag and pipe a small dot onto the white meringue.
Bake in the oven for 1 hour minutes
Let cool for a few minutes before enjoying!
