Chicken Parmesan in the Air Fryer

I love making Chicken Parmesan in the air fryer. It is the fastest and easiest way to get my favorite meal. The chicken is cooked in less than 10 minutes!

Ingredients

  • 4 skinless chicken breasts thinly sliced from your butcher
  • 1 cup panko bread crumbs
  • 1/2 cup parmesan cheese grated
  • 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese shredded
  • 3 eggs beaten
  • 3/4 cup marinara sauce
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • Olive oil cooking spray
  • 1 jar of Marinara sauce
  • 1 package of spaghetti

Instructions

  • Preheat the Air Fryer to 460.
  • Spray the basket with cooking spray if needed in your machine.
  • Place the chicken breasts on a hard surface.
  • Combine the panko bread crumbs, parmesan, and seasonings in a bowl large enough to dip the chicken breasts.
  • Stir to combine.
  • Place the eggs in a bowl, beat your eggs until frothy. large
  • Dip the chicken in the egg and then in the panko crumbs mixture.
  • Set to the side
  • Place your chicken in the Air Fryer.
  • Spray the top of the chicken with olive oil cooking spray.
  • Cook for 7 minutes.
  • Place the chicken on a baking sheet
  • Set your oven temp to broil on high
  • Top each of the breasts with marinara sauce and the shredded mozzarella.
  • Cook for 3 minutes or until cheese has melted.
  • Cook the spaghetti as directed on the package
  • Once cooked toss the noodles in the leftover marinara.
  • Place the chicken on top of the noodles
  • Enjoy
