In a small mixing bowl place unflavored gelatin powder.
Add 1 cup cold water.
Soak the gelatin for 2 minutes. Whisk until dissolved.
Add 1 cup of hot water and strawberry Jello to the bowl. Whisk until everything is dissolved.
Add Kinky Red Liqueur and champagne. Whisk to combine.
Pour Jello into small cups and place in fridge for about an hour, or until very firm.
Add Pop Rocks to the top of the Jello.
Eat these quickly because once the Pop Rocks stop popping,, you’re missing out on the fun!
