Mini Deep Dish Pepperoni Pizzas
Want a quick lunch that your kids will absolutely adore? These Mini Deep Dish Pizzas are incredibly easy to make, and they'll likely tempt you into sneaking a couple for yourself!
- 1 can biscuit dough
- 1/4 cup tomato sauce
- 1/2 cup shredded cheese
- 1/4 cup mini pepperonis
Preheat oven to 350°F
Grease a large muffin pan and assemble all ingredients.
Press a biscuit into each cavity of your muffin pan, creating a well in the center.
Add half a tablespoon of tomato sauce to the well of the biscuit, then top with 1 Tablespoon of cheese and three mini pepperonis.
Bake for 12 minutes, until crusts of the mini pizzas are golden brown.
