Bourbon Balls

  • 1 C vanilla wafer crumbs
  • 1 C pecans chopped
  • 1 C confectioners sugar
  • 2 tsp unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/4 C Jim Bean Bourbon
  • 1 1/2 tsp light corn syrup
  • 1/3 C confectioners sugar


  • Add wafer crumbs, pecans, cocoa, and 1 cup of confectioners sugar together in a medium bowl.
  • Add the corn syrup and bourbon together in a small bowl. Using a spoon blend the two together.
  • Slowly add the crumb mixture and mix well.
  • Using the mini cookie scoop measure out the dough. With your hands roll the dough into a ball.
  • Roll the ball in the confectioners sugar.
  • Put the dough balls on the baking pan.
  • Refrigerate.
