Spinach Artichoke Dip

This cheesy Spinach Artichoke Dip is absolutely DELICIOUS! It’s the perfect easy appetizer for holidays or parties because it’s always such a huge hit with everyone and it only takes a few minutes to make. You can even make this a couple of days ahead of time and bake it when you’re ready! We like this dip best served in a bread bowl, crackers or toasted french bread.

Ingredients

  • 1 8 ounce package cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup sour cream 8 ounces
  • 1/4 cup finely shredded parmesan cheese
  • 1 8 ounce package shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 12 ounce can artichoke hearts drained and chopped
  • 1 10 ounce package frozen spinach thawed and squeezed dry
  • 1/4 tsp onion powder
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • In a medium bowl, stir the cream cheese, parmesan, mozzarella, and sour cream.
  • Stir in the drained and chopped artichoke hearts and spinach and mix well to combine.
  • Add the onion powder along with salt and black pepper to taste.
  • Serve the dip in a bread bowl or transfer to another serving bowl with french bread slices or crackers.
