Ingredients

  • 1 Cup Old Fashioned Oats
  • ¼ Cup Peanut Butter
  • ¼ Cup Honey
  • ¼ Cup Shredded Coconut
  • ¼ Cup Sunflower Seeds
  • ¼ Cup Valentine’s Day M&M’s
  • Optional: Wilton’s Heart Sprinkles

Instructions

  • Combine all ingredients, except sprinkles in a medium size bowl and mix well.
  • Store in refrigerator for 20 minutes, then take out.
  • Using a cookie scoop, press mixture in tight and press out onto a parchment lined cookie sheet.
  • Optional: Place heart sprinkles on each bite.
  • Store in refrigerator for about 20 minutes to firm up.
  • Take out and enjoy!!
