Preheat oven to 350 and spray a 9x13 baking pan with pam baking spray
Using a medium bowl, melt the butter
Using a large bowl, whisk together the melted butter, oil, and sugars
Whisk in the eggs and 2 tsp of vanilla extract
Using a large bowl whisk together the flour, cocoa, salt, and baking powder
Gradually whisk in the dry ingredients into the wet
Fold in the chocolate chips
Pour batter into the baking pan and bake in the preheated oven for
25-30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean
Allow cooling completely
Directions
Using a small pot, bring the heavy cream to a boil
Pour over the chocolate chips in a medium bowl and let sit for 1 minute
Whisk until smooth
Scoop ¼ C of the ganache into the piping bag
Scoop ¼ C of the salted caramel sauce into the second piping bag
Spread the remaining chocolate ganache onto the top of the brownies
Sprinkle the chopped pecans, mini chocolate chips, and caramel bites
all over the top of the brownies
Cut the tips off the two piping bags and drizzle both over the brownies
Cut into bars and enjoy!
