Easy Oreo Bark Recipe

This Oreo Bark Recipe is quick to make and perfect for goodie bags or just a snack to make in a jiffy and enjoy with a glass of milk.

- 8 ounces dark chocolate baking bars chopped
- 1 teaspoon coconut oil divided
- 2 cups chopped Oreo Thins divided
- 12 ounces white chocolate baking bars chopped
Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
In a small bowl, melt the chopped dark chocolate and ½ teaspoon of coconut oil on 30-second intervals until smooth, stirring between each.
Use a rubber spatula to gently spread the melted chocolate out on the parchment paper until it’s a thin and even layer.
Sprinkle ⅔ cup of the chopped Oreos on top of the chocolate before it starts to harden.
Melt the chopped white chocolate and remaining coconut oil in a medium bowl on 30-second intervals until fully melted, stirring between each one.
Use a rubber spatula to gently spread the white chocolate over the top of the Oreo and chocolate layer.
Top the white chocolate with the remaining Oreos and let set until hard.
Use a large knife to cut the bark into pieces.
